I just got an older ezgo and it has good batterys but it is to slow is there any way to speed it up with out replaceing the controler changed the motor from a 2 hp to a 3 hp and still runs the same. thanks chris www.cncplasmaworks.info

If you change the motor you have to upgrade the speed control to accomplish more speed. Did you upgrade your motor with a speed motor or a torque motor. This will also make a difference.To answer your question, you will have to replace the speed controller to accomplish the speed upgrade. Hope this helps.
