I would have given 5 stars if the device had an on/off switch. You must install a relay and or switch as the unit is constantly on and will drain your batteries just sitting there. I fused mine and installed a switch. The unit works great and provides consistant 12 volt power. I can run my cart at full speed and the lights stay as bright as when not moving! This is a very well constructed and sealed device.
