Was missing a wire when the unit arrived. I placed a call to the support team. Received a call back from them in a couple hours. Described the problem, I was told they have a couple of other methods to try before shipping back. The guy assembling my cart had already figured out how to save the return and had the unit working by the time support did call. I appreciated the call but already had my answer.

Installed this unit on a club car and it works great, I did not receive a schematic with the product and did not know how at the time to pull up the schematic here on line. Look at the down loads on this page. I ended up disassembling the unit to see how to wire it, found downloads after figuring it out. Unit works great.
