Rating:  8 reviews

This kit is recommended for use when installing flip-flop kits, cargo boxes, rear seats, and other heavy items. It includes everything you need to upgrade your payload.

Kit Includes:

  • Fits non-lifted Club Car DS models gas & electric 1982-Up
  • 2 4-Leaf Rear Springs
  • 2 U-Bolts
  • 6 Leaf Spring Bushing Kits (4-Each end of the leaf springs & 2-For the upper shackles)
For LIFTED Carts you will need to use "Grade-8" Straight Bolts in place of the U-Bolts, due to the U-Bolts not being long enough for the extra leafs in the springs.

Installed these springs in about 15 minutes apiece. My cart was already lifted so I had the longer u bolts. Every thing matched up, no problems. It did come with the bushings. Tested the strength out by having two 200 pound men sitting on the back and did not bottom out. GREAT SPRINGS

These springs fit perfect, only took 15 minutes per side to install. Had no trouble what so ever. Did order new bushings and U-bolts with them, which you need. They are high quality springs.

The springs appear to be very good quality. They really made a difference when I have someone on the rear seat and pulling a small utility trailer. It doesn't seem to be too stiff with no one of the back. I did not need new bushings as I was able to use the old ones. The only thing I had to do was file the bolt head slightly on one spring to get it to fit into the bracket. Not a big issue, just make sure you check the fit before installing it to see if you will need to do the same. You will also need the longer U bolts. I installed one spring at a time and this worked well. On one side the holes did not initially line up, so I had to use a rachet strap to move the spring and axle slightly to get the spring bolt to fall into the bracket hole. They had a special price on these when I bought them and it was by far the lowest price I found.

Springs OK. Does NOT include bushings-you will need 4 sets, or u-bolts. You will also need to remove center pin and grind down the head so it will fit lower shock mounting bracket-wrong size bolt installed w/springs. tm

I compaired prices at other sites and this was by far the best price. I ordered bushing kits also. Well made springs.

Exactly as listed. Made my cart perfect with people on the rear seat. No more tire rub and easy installation.

Didn't know I even needed these till i talked to the representative. Had the regular duty springs even with a two seater added to the back for years. Didn't seem like much of an issue when the kids were 6-8, but as they've gotten heavier at 12, it was dragging. Only thing is that I didn't need to order the related products, they came shipped with my equipment directly from All Sport.
