This is a nice item. It is flush with the rear of cart and will not get bumped into. The kit came with 2" bolts and they bottomed out and did not tighten the hitch. I traded them for 1.5" bolts and all is well.

No instructions included. Pretty simple install though. Fits between the cross frame members under the rear step. Its at least 1/2" too short though. I tightened the rear most bolts first so its pulled up tight where the hitch plugs in. The gaps is toward the front. Perhaps it doesn't matter as its not visible unless you under the rear step.
